| Note: Merchandise can be returned ONLY if a product quality issue exists including: order accuracy (a mistake made by us), defect in material, non-conformance to sizing specifications. Returns/Exchanges must be in their original condition (unworn and unaltered). Return via UPS or other insured mail. COD returns will not be accepted. We are not responsible for misdirected return shipments. Custom, Pom, Bodysuit, and Brief orders are NON returnable |
| DiscountCheerleading.com customers are encouraged to return products to us via insured U.S. mail. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check usually within 14 days after the return. Most merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund for a period of 30 days from the date of our shipment to you. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packing, accessories, and must be accompanied by a completed return form. |
| Please follow the steps below when returning any merchandise. |
| 1) Enter the item number, description and the quantity being returned on the return form included in the package. |
| 2) Indicate the reason for your return. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better. |
| 3) Once completed, enclose it in the original shipping package. Keep the invoice for your records. |
| 4) Securely pack items and seal the package. Apply a new return label to the exterior of the package. Remove any other shipping labels. |
| 5) Return to: 3440 E Southern #1079, Mesa, AZ 85204 |
| 6) Please note: We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure you package. |
| 7) Upon receipt of your return, we'll promptly process it, and credit your account or refund you money. |
