Orders are shipped via and can be shipped at an additional expense. We can not deliver to PO boxes so please provide a street address. In stock orders ship with-in 3-5 days. Orders are currently taking between 1-2 days to process. If you have any questions please call 1.877.562.1951.

Delivery Time

For items that we ship directly our standard processing time is 2 business days. Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation:

PROCESSING TIME + MANUFACTURING TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME

Please note: this calculation includes business days only unless otherwise specified.

 
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will only incur one shipping charge.
 
Product Delays
Discount Cheerleading will do our best to meet the stated shipping schedule, but assumes no liability for delays due to our inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or labor; or due to conditions over which the company has no control.
 
Sales Tax
Ohio residents must add 8% sales tax or use a tax exempt number.

Shipping Methods
Note: Sorry, we are not able to ship Two-Day or Overnight/Saturday deliveries to a P.O. Box number, postal route address or APO/FPO address. Depending on size and weight, some exceptions may apply for Economy Ground shipments. Separate shipping & handling charges apply to each destination. Sorry, we are not able to accept C.O.D. orders. AK, HI, PR, VI and International orders must be ordered by phone through our Call Center. Subject to carrier service availability to your location.
 
How to Ship & Delivery Time Expectations

For second day delivery orders and overnight delivery orders, our goal is to ship most in-stock orders the same day when placed by 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). For orders requesting delivery by Economy Ground, we'll ship most in-stock orders by the next Business day (typically 48 - 72 hours from receipt and credit approval of order). Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume (July - Sept. orders could take 4 - 5 days to process), system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing, however. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending payment authorization. Choose from one of our low-cost shipping and handling options below. If you have an urgent request please call one of our customer support representatives at 1.877.423.2005 and we will try to accommodate you.

 
Ground
With our value-priced ground service, expect delivery within two to seven business days from shipment date. See our shipping and handling chart above for rates.
 
Two-Day
In a hurry? Just place your order for in-stock items by 12 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) and if there are no unforeseen delays, we'll ship it the same day. While we cannot make promises for the carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping date. (Note: some carriers require three-day delivery to certain destinations.) Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours. See our shipping and handling chart above for rates. *Please note online orders are currently taking 48 - 72 hours to process.
 
Overnight / Saturday
Choose one of our overnight services, if you need an item ASAP. Just place your order for in-stock items by 12 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and specify Standard Overnight delivery (approx. 3 p.m. delivery) or Priority Overnight delivery (approx. 10:30 a.m. delivery) the next business day. Saturday delivery (approx. 11:00 a.m.) available for in-stock orders placed by 2 p.m. Friday (holidays excluded). Delivery times may vary for some shipment destinations, or during severe weather conditions. Other factors can cause delays, as stated above. Certain delivery options may not be available in some areas. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time.
