| Pom pons are manufactured to your
specifications, therefore are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Please
double check all information on the order form. If you are unsure
of a color, please call customer support. |

| Bodysuits and Briefs |
| Health Regulations prohibit bodysuits
and briefs from being returned. |
| |
| Custom Orders |
| All custom orders, embroidered or
tackle twill lettered items are also NON returnable even in the event
of unforeseen delays in delivery. Please see our Garment
Policy for more information on Custom Orders. |

| Canceling an Order |
| In the event that you need to cancel
an order placed online, please call 1.877.562.1951. If we are unable
to stop your order from being shipped, you may return it using the
procedures listed below. Custom or embroidered items cannot be cancelled
once in production. |

| Return Instructions |
| On-line customers will receive a
return form and instructions with their shipment explaining how to
return items directly to our Returns Center in Cleveland. The process
for returning DiscountCheerleading.com merchandise, using the form
included in your shipment, is to: (Click HERE

| 1) Enter the item number, description
and the quantity being returned on the return form included in the
package. |
| |
| 2) Indicate the reason for your return.
Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better. |

| 3) Once completed, enclose it in
the original shipping package. Keep the invoice for your records. |
| |
| 4) Securely pack items and seal the
package. Apply a new return label to the exterior of the package.
Remove any other shipping labels. |

| 6) Please note: We cannot accept
collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for
uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that
you insure you package. |

| 7) Upon receipt of your return, we'll
promptly process it, and credit your account or refund you money.
DiscountCheerleading.com customers are encouraged to return products
to us via mail. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited
to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase.
Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after
the return. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check
or money order will be made by check usually within 14 days after
the return. |

| Most merchandise may be returned
for exchange or refund for a period of 30 days from the date of our
shipment to you. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable
condition, in original cartons with original packing, accessories,
and must be accompanied by a completed return form. |

| All returned items will be charged
a 15% restocking fee. |
