How do I contact Discount Cheerleading?

When will I get my order?

For items that we ship directly our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation:

PROCESSING TIME + MANUFACTURING TIME (if any) + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME

Please note: this calculation includes business days only unless otherwise specified.

 
When will my order ship?

If I choose NEXT DAY/SECOND DAY shipping when will I receive my order?
Please remember online orders take time to process and custom orders take time to manufacture. Please review our Shipping and Manufacture times before placing your order. If you have a urgent request please call our customer support team at 1.877.562.1951.
 
Is there a order minimum?
Yes, orders must equal $40.00 in order to be processed. Orders that do not meet this minimum will be cancelled.
 
What location is my order being shipped?
The majority of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Cleveland, Ohio. However, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
 
Can I view my order history?
Yes, you can view previous orders by logging into Your Account and clicking on Order History.
 
Will I be able to make any changes/cancellations once I place my order?
Orders can not be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed into production. Please double-check your order to ensure accuracy.
 
What if my cheerleaders outgrow their uniforms before the end of the year?
Always keep in mind that you are ordering uniforms for growing athletes. Discount Cheerleading will not be held responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown or measured incorrectly.
 
Who decides what will be the size, style, and length of the uniforms?
The team's coach/sponsor ultimately decides on the size, style, and length of the uniforms. They will have the final say over the fitting of the uniform for each individual athlete. Discount Cheerleading will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements. Please review our Garment Policy.
 
Do you have size charts for your uniforms?
Yes, we have size charts for Youth Uniforms, In-Stock Uniforms, and Custom Uniforms.
 
Do you have Fitter Kits?
Yes, we will send out fitter kits and sample uniforms so you can see exactly what you will be ordering.
 
How do I care for my uniform?
All uniforms should be washed separately in cold water with liquid detergent. Remove promptly and hang to dry. DO NOT place in dryer. DO NOT dry-clean. All uniforms come with care instructions on them.
 
Does Discount Cheerleading color match uniforms?

We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all items, materials and lots may absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Please review our Garment Policy.

 
Will Discount Cheerleading make a uniform that I don't see on the web site?
Yes, we custom make all of our uniforms. Please feel free to ask one of our uniform specialists about any uniform design that you may want for your team.
 
When is the last day I can order a uniform for Halloween?
The last day to place orders for youth cheerleading uniforms is September 30th. In-Stock orders can be placed until October 15th.
 
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Discount Cheerleading stands behind our merchandise. If there is any problem with your order please inform us within 14 days. We will gladly repair/replace any item against defect in material and workmanship. Please review our Return Policy.
 
How do I know my information is secure?
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you so you can feel comfortable and secure when shopping. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information. On the Internet, when you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window, this indicates that the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons.
